Kristin Tièche (Director/Producer)
Kristin has edited and produced thousands of hours of programming, which has aired on National Geographic, Smithsonian Channel, Science Channel, PBS, Court TV, Food Network, and more. Specializing in immersive visual storytelling and character-driven films about sustainability, conservation and science, she is known for her award-winning short films, including Forms of Identification, The Spinster, The Bat Rescuer, and Velo Visionaries.
Skip Hobbie (Cinematographer)
Skip is a wildlife cinematographer whose work filming bats has been featured in films and TV shows by the BBC, PBS, Smithsonian, and in the Emmy Award-winning National Geographic series Untamed Americas. Most recently, Skip has received acclaim for his nature cinematography on the PBS Nature film Big Bend: The Wild Frontier of Texas and independent film Deep in the Heart: A Texas Wildlife Story.
Heidi Zimmerman (Editor)
Heidi is an experienced documentary film editor known for editing features such as Alive and Kicking, nominated for a Grand Jury Award at 2016 SXSW, Fish & Men, Dammed to Extinction, and Emmy-nominated Black Barbie (Netflix/Shondaland). She holds a BFA in film/TV production from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts.
Matthew Podolsky (Producer)
Matt co-founded the Wild Lens Collective, a non-profit focused on wildlife and environmental documentaries. He co-directed Sea of Shadows, winner of the audience award at Sundance in 2019. His award-winning short films include the Emmy-nominated Bluebird Man and the impact documentary Hellbent.
He currently hosts two environmental podcasts, Common Land and Earth To Humans.
Holly Mosher (Executive Producer)
As a producer Holly champions mission-driven, high impact documentaries including: Vanishing of the Bees, Pay 2 Play: Democracy’s High Stakes, Free For All!, Maybe Baby, Side Effects and Money Talks: Profits Before Patient Safety. Her short The Impact of One was a Social Impact Media Awards finalist from Ford Focus at Sundance. As a director she helmed Bonsai People – The Vision of Muhammad Yunus and Hummingbird.
Windy Borman (Executive Producer)
Windy is a multi-award-winning director and producer. Her films have screened at Sundance and the United Nations, and won Best Documentary awards at festivals. Her recent films include The Eyes of Thailand (narrated by Ashley Judd), The Big Picture: Rethinking Dyslexia (featuring Sir Richard Branson and Gov. Gavin Newsom), and Mary Janes: The Women of Weed (featuring Melissa Etheridge).
Eileen Kim (Executive Producer)
Eileen Kim is a San Francisco bay area environmentalist and activist, dedicated to taking actions, large or small, to preserve and celebrate our planet earth. Long time involvement with a community-based non-profit led her to co-found the annual CEC Student Film Fest. This youth-oriented film festival guides young environmentalists and introduces them to the power of film and its ability to ignite change.
